"Staff are good and accomodating. Parking is extra and paid another 400 pesos separately that is not mentioned upon booking. Room is smelly, no toilet tissue, must bring your own. Also, there electrical cords/wirings are visible and it has some safety concerns. Overall, all of these gaps must be mentioned upon booking so I can choose the right living space. Be transparent."

"I have stayed in taal vista several times in the past this was the 1st time I was placed in a room that was so old and dingy. The towel holder even fell on my husbands head. For a ~10k per night it wasnt worth it. I will think more than twice before I book the hotel again in the future. i used to like the place."

Although some area are still under construction, like water park, more kubo to stay and additional glamping domes in the future, we know that this is a place for family, barkada and couple or single to enjoy! The foods are quite pricey. Beach is dirty. The management should ensure cleanliness of the beach and its surroundings at all times. Consider having soup, not just congee, for buffet breakfast. There should be a wide variety of foods for buffet breakfast for the foreign guests. Other than those, our stay was enjoyable."
