"The check in experience was challenging because the staff could not speak English very well. The smoke detector in our room was covered with masking tape. An electrical outlet by the bed was not attached to the wall correctly. We were awaken by an alarm clock at 5 am in an adjacent room that did not turn off for about 30 minutes. The sound was coming through the electrical outlet that was not properly attached to the wall."

"I am familiar with the area, I went to this location because I know people who live nearby. The long and steep driveway might be odd for newcomers, but access is still easy. There was plenty of parking. Clean and roomy lobby. The dining/breakfast area is down some stairs, but there was ramp access off one side. Elevator was roomy, doorways wide, beds comfortable. The only thing that was weird was when I booked the room, the listing said it slept 5. Only 2 double beds, with a bench and a chair -...

"Hot tub, gym, and pool closed. NO mention of this ahead of stay. Booked because of the pool. Was under construction and many areas blocked off because of this. Found out upon arrival."
