"Where do I start! Dead roaches laying on their back in the foyer, room had condensation on the mirror. The desk drawer was broken, two different lamps in the room. The luggage carts wheels were hard to maneuver. They had one front desk person who was overwhelmed and not very customer friendly. A broken light fixture literally hanging from the ceiling. The condensation dripping from the top floor onto the walls in the room! A disaster"

"This is a very unique property and I feel they really put in a lot of thought into the guest experience. Little things like a self checkout for snacks and other items to an ice machine with ice buckets before you get to the elevators. What we love about it, its location. Very close to the casinos, restaurants and shopping. The rooms themselves are spacious and they provide you with everything you may need. We have stayed at many properties in Lake Charles but this is our to go place from no on....

"When we got to the property after calling and telling them we would have a late check in because the McNeese football game ran later because of a lightning delay, the door was locked. Took a while to finally get checked in. The next morning there was no hair dryer, no shampoo, no conditioner! You have to go down to the desk and check these things out!! Where in the world does this happen!?!? No where but Studio 6 in Lake Charles! Will never stay here again."
