"Great stay thank you"

"The property needs some updating. Areas showing wear and tear need to be fixed. Not a 5 star property. No bath mats, only 2 towels, no in room safe, no coffee machine. We could not use the A/C since entire hotel was still on heat and we were told that the hotel was either one or the other. Being 25 celcius out, couldn’t understand why the heat would still be running. Staff seemed pre-occupied and not particularly motivated to help. Property also understaffed. "El desayuno es bastante limitado, el café malillo pero es de máquina, no se puede esperar mucho. Para una noche no está mal, pero se nota que está viejito, sobre todo tema de mobiliario y baño. El personal suele ser bastante amable."

"Air conditioning didn't work. Internet didn't work. Woke up to bugs on the bed and all over the desk. Got another room for the next day. Air conditioning worked great, still no internet and still bugs. Nowhere near as many but 1 bug is too many. Nice lobby and pool don't do it for me if I have bugs in my room."

"Did not have breakfast at property, as there are a couple of nice coffee-pastry shops across the street. Very poor information regarding the street to hotel since it is open only to local traffic, one needs assistance from hotel to open it!!! The underground parking was outside the oldtown but very tight spots, make sure you do not rent a large car."
