Okay for one nights stay

Not 4 star worthy. Make sure to do an upgrade, the cheepst rooms have no view or balcony. Very small room. Breakfast is very simple, and only buffet for dinner, no other choice. Nice pool area but it was closed of.

Great rooms

Check in was great, very friendly staff, and room was great. Appreciate its low season but disappointing not to even have tea/coffee in the room as you have to go across to the golf club for all meals and drinks during October-April.

Desolate place without any facilities.

The room was fine and comfortable. The pool, Spa and aports center were closed. The golf course was in horrific shape. The restaurants in the community were closed. Felt like we were in a desolate movie lot. We paid for 2 nights, but stayed one and moved on.

We upgraded our room as we got there and hit pool was shut so we got a private pool which was fabulous! Few minor misses from the cleaner. Bath water wasn’t very hot which was a shame as it was a fantastic bath! Overall we had a great stay!

Pool was closed for all of our 9 day stay . Place was quite deserted to which we didn’t mind too much . Breakfast was OK and staff were very friendly and happy which made a difference . We had to ask for towels to be changed daily and the room was only cleaned every 4 days which was ok for us . Very peaceful place but if you need the pool you better check before booking .

We arrived at the hotel too early, not the hotels fault but check in was 4pm but we waited for 6 hours before we could check in. The lady at the reception said that the room was not ready and that we could check again later to see when it is ready . No water was offered . We waited 6hours . Although they said we could use the pool facilities. It was a very hot day and so many flies were about . We waited and then when we finally checked in, it was a twin bed. Not what was specified in the agents website. The room itself, first impression was good . But there was lots of hair on the floor. Which I put down to the cleaners mop.They need to change their mops regularly. There was no kettle in the room but there is a fridge. We later found out from another guest about a shop just a few minutes and you buy drinks extra from there . Also there is restaurants close by . But we booked half board so no need to go out for food. One thing I liked about our room is that the pool is in the front of it. There is lots of flies everywhere but that’s nature. The beds was very comfortable snd the air condition worked well. Breakfast and dinner , we went early in order to get a clean table. Food options to suit every palate and the food was delicious. Fresh fruits were served each time. Apart from the check in experience, we enjoyed our stay

The experience was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is a beautiful oasis, perfectly blending luxury with a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. The accommodations were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing us with the perfect setting for both relaxation and quality time with our loved ones. One of the highlights of our stay was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met, making us feel welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay. The resort’s amenities were also top-notch. Whether it was enjoying a round of golf on the beautifully maintained course, lounging by the pool, or dining at one of the excellent on-site restaurants, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Third stay

After last review I provided was asked to give it another go so I did. Staff still nice, service still slow and this time had someone else’s clothes I’m my room!? BEWARE!!! Swimming pool closed until early 2024 but hotels.com don’t tell people (it’s on the properties website but that doesn’t really help when booking on hotels.com) See other reviews saying the same thing…. also worth noting room doesn’t get cleaned or towels replaced for stays under 6 days - just crazy!? Real shame as this hotel could be great but needs some immediate changes to make it on par with others - it’s out of season but still things could be better

The property is very remote with few onsite facilities. Definitely need to eat at the hotel but food choice poor and was always like warm, they have provided a microwave in the dining room to warm your food which isn’t appropriate when it should be warm to start with. We hired a car but no restaurants or cafes nearby, local town quite deserted. Very little choice, one fish, one meat, pasta, salad, cheese and a small desert selection. No table service, but drinks can be purchased at the bar that were quite expensive. Advertised as a spa hotel with indoor pool which was the reason we booked but this was closed for refurbishment and likely to be for the next 12 months. Outdoor pool far too cold to use and possibly closed, no one went in it for the week of our stay. Check out was 10am, charged us 10€ per hour for additional hour of late check out. No entertainment other than a golf course and a pool table. Room was large and spacious, bed very comfortable but it was full of ants including on the bed. Ants didn’t necessarily bother us but would no doubt be off putting to others. Would not stay again.

We stayed here for a short break in early September, all in all we had a lovely break, however there are a few things that need dealing with before they become a bigger problem!! We knew the remoteness of the property so we had a hire car and had no issues with the location, actually we really enjoyed the location as we had day trips to Murcia, Cartagena, Mazzarron and Torrevieja all within an hours drive. The staff were lovely and friendly and the rooms and dining areas were clean and well presented. Food was good, typical buffet style but plenty of choice and fine for our 5 night stay. The issues were pretty much all as I had read in the previous reviews and unfortunately it doesn’t look like anything is being done to rectify them!!! The flies around the pool and outdoor areas I accept are pretty hard to deal with, but they are a real nuisance, I’m used to a few flies but this is really an issue here.. The pool is huge and fantastic and we enjoyed swimming, however the flies really spoilt our stay and we ended up heading out each day to the beach to escape them! Ants.. Everyday we had ants in the room! None when we arrived but I guess we must have disturbed them because they were relentless, we asked at reception but never fixed. Outdoor areas were looking unkept and in need of attention. So much potential here but it could go either way, Ona sort it out now or you will lose customers by not dealing with the issues, I see lots of lip service in your replies but no action!!!

On top of being lost for almost an hour, with no help from staff, which got us to the hotel past 10pm, we learned checkout was at 10am! No food in the hotel past 10pm, no room service, a small empty mini bar inside the room with not even a water bottle. Which is kind of incredible in a hotel that is so out of the way and has no businesses or services nearby. Worst of all was learning that they know about the Google GPS situation and have done nothing about it. No signs on the road, no written instructions on how to get here etc. In regards to the room, absolutely no ammenities. Just a liquid gel that serves as soap/shampoo/conditioner, really old and scrappy towels and a shower faucet that gets all the bathroom wet. This does not seem like a 4 star hotel and should not be advertised as such. And to top it all off, checkout at 10am no matter how late you checked-in. I certainly do not recommend this hotel.

All of the paving around the property, balcony and around the swimming pool really dirty with mud. Loud live music on Saturday night. Heavy duvet on the bed, in summer, in Spain? Beautiful resort

The compound and hotel room were beautiful. However, the service at the restaurant was terrible. Hard getting drinks order in and we were told there weren’t any big bottles of water left only for the next few tables after us to be served the exact same order we had wanted. Food was good and plenty of choices at both breakfast and dinner buffets. Poolside was great albeit a little stressful. Hotel guests appear to be constantly pointing out ‘things’ for the staff to fish out in the pool - suspect these are potentially baby/children excrement. This happened on a daily basis. Poolside cleanliness can also be improved. Entertainment was good - great balance of peace and music/entertainment.
