"Quaint historic property with great common spaces. Staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, including directly is to the closest parking area. Loved our room with windows opening out on the streets (walking area so not a lot of traffic noise). Room was comfy and well done in terms of historic detail. Bathroom was small but fine. "The Room and hotel looks excellent, super comfortable bed, stunning bathroom facilities & waterfall shower (helpful bathroom necessities in the draws). Mini bar and the cutest surprise cheesecake in our room upon arrival! (It was Delicious!) The Property was very clean and beautifully styled. Views of the marina were gorgeous and lovely staff. 24hr gym, and roof top pool was lovely with towels ready on the shaded loungers.
There were a few things I felt was missing but nothing that takes away...

"I would recommend avoiding this hotel. I had booked a hotel room and when I went to check in they found my name but there was a technical error that did not register my booking. At this point I was told that there hotel was full and I could not stay even though I showed my booking confirmation code and showed my identification. The reception staff apologised for this and stated thay there was nothing more that they could do. The staff helped direct me into the Gibraltar jurisdiction."
