"Generally a good 4* hotel but let down by little things. Arriving from Yonge Street the only access is up 3 steps - not good for those with limited mobility, heavy suitcases or in wheelchairs. The info on the tv about the hotel says you can phone to book takeaway meals in your from from the express counter in the lobby but when I did this, I was told it was not possible. The maid service was good but they change the towels every day, which is unnecessary."

"This was a perfect first visit to Niagara Falls, Canada! Our room overlooked the falls, Rainbow Bridge, and Oakes Garden Theatre, a botanic wonder, directly across the street from the entrance to the falls and all the surrounding activities! Our room was cleaned daily, unlike most hotels when you stay multiple days! Beds were comfortable; the room had two rotating chairs and a couch as well as a fireplace! We really hated to leave!❤️💔🥲"
