Although a little pricier than one might expect, this is a great location to access the lower mainland. The beds are comfortable; the rooms are modern; the amenities are well-maintained; and there are actually items on the breakfast menu that a picky eater would consume. The close proximity to the skytrain is also very convenient.

Staff was great and accommodating- from the moment we arrive to our check out day - Monica, Stephanie, Rafael and other were extremely helpful and supportive. Shared some points of interest. My only issue was the elevators taking for ever to get to our room - I believe one was our of service - Also it will help for better ratings a more variety of breakfast options. Great hotel great location and great staff!!

Reception and breakfast service staff very helpful. Housekeeping in general lovely, unless you needed to stay behind a little later, then you get the impression you're in their way. In two weeks one of three elevators kept breaking down, only two were in regular service, elevator wait time averaged 5 minutes

The room is very spacious and light. Tons of windows. Loved the balcony. The bathroom was clean and nice large shower. The kitchen had everything we needed and was great to have. Would highly recommend staying here.
