"Great overall experience. Service was outstanding. Everyone went out their way to make my stay enjoyable. Food was top tier. Usually all inclusive resort buffet food isn’t that good. Planet Hollywood Costa Rica 🇨🇷 buffets were really good. Food was good at the restaurants as well. Like all resorts I have visited lately, the alcohol was watered down. "The property is really nice, everything look neat and clean. The personnel is very polite and friendly. We just stayed one night for transit, but so far the best experience was during checking. Downside is the AA noise, not finding how to run hot water in the bathtub. "
