"Stayed at the hotel at the beginning and end of time in CR. Paid for breakfast twice and didn't get breakfast either time. First time it was because there was only two of us in the hotel so they decided to do breakfast 7-8 but didn't tell anyone. Second time I was told they couldn't cater for an early check out, not even a bread roll. The photos on the internet are much nicer than the place which is quite run down and bathrooms really need some work. Area is great to walk in to town for the day...

"The room was very clean and the staff was helpful, but the furniture has seen a better day and the refrigerator even had rust on the door. The pools were relaxing and well-maintained, and we also went on a scenic hike that made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was visiting the farm and getting to pet the animals—it added such a fun, unique touch.
