"We were a group of 6 and booked a two-bedroom apartment for 2nights, which exceeded all our expectations. It had two huge king-size beds, a spacious living room, and a large, clean bathroom. The kitchen was spotless and fully equipped if you wanted to cook. Honestly, we think we may have been upgraded because the apartment was far better than what we saw in the photos. If not, then the photos definitely don’t do the place justice—consider updating them on Expedia! The service was exceptional....

"A very basic hotel near Zurich. Absolutely bare-bones furnishing (with not even a glass in the bathroom or bedroom!). The hotel bed was rather uncomfortable...making a good night's sleep difficult as well. Suitable only for highly price-conscious travelers for 1 or 2 nights. Further, the hotel seems to have very poor systems. At every step of check-in and check-out, they wanted me to pay City tax extra, which had already been paid at the time of booking. I had to call their Helpline every...
