"There just are not enough stars available to accurately rate how wonderful this property is. Very good location in Santa Ana, close to stores, restaurants etc, about 20 minutes to airport. Pool was lovely, sunset views from the fire pit are amazing. Laundry is on premises and the staff was friendly and able to answer my questions in English and understand my broken Spanish. "Not a pleasant arrival. No email 24 hours ahead of checking in time. Had to call Hotels.com and get them to contact property manager for details. Then got sent to an apartment that was already occupied. Following day had to request towels and extra toilet paper. Nothing was delivered. Emailed them again that evening.
