"Breakfast was not great. The bathroom was dirty. The hotel was in poor condition."

"Really bad property"

"Everything was great except the wifi speed. Wifi was capped at 5 down / 5 up which are very low numbers."

"Great stay, and clean room. Check in and out was hassle free and the room rate was on point for the size of the room. The only thing was that we had to pay for parking and the last time we stayed at this hotel the parking was included. Other than that great place!!"

"Restaurant was good,as was the staff. In need of a facelift. I am a senior with mobility issues...was disappointing that my room was downstairs, and no elevator."

"The golf course was in fantastic conditions, the room was outdated and could use a refresh. The staff and the restaurant were great."

"Very old, clean property. It’s like going to an older relatives house that’s been meticulously maintained but not updated. Clean, functional, inserting needed to be fixed it was fixed, but you are definitely in an old property. I’d like to say the price reflects this, but its proximity to the Newfoundland ferry makes it a premium price."

"The rooms have clearly been updated recently, and the room I got was in excellent condition. It was clean, quiet, with an extra comfortable bed, and great amenities. I stayed for three nights and enjoyed every evening. Parking was great and having a view of the water was lovely as well. This was a great location as; less than a 5-minute drive from a conference I was attending and 5-10 minutes from lots of restaurants and shops in downtown Sydney."

"Not well maintained but adequate for my needs"

"Excellent place to stay. Wonderful people and fantastic dinner and breakfast."

"Comfortable, nicely decorated, breakfast was good."
