"First of all, the service was incredible. Prompt, friendly and kind, went above and beyond for everyone. Its quite the vibe of a hotel! The lounge was made to actually be used by the guests! Great seating with an amazing bartender. Food was excellent, room was perfect and I loved that i could use my phone as a remote for the air, lights and tv. Also an opyion to choose the mood for the room, which adjusted the lights and added some music. "

"Value for money is definitely a huge advantage of this hotel. Less than 15 min by car from the airport and has a mall within walking distance. Staff was ok. Room is big enough for a night sleep before taking your flight the day after. Room is well sound proofed too. Only downside is that it takes a bit long via public transport (need to switch in between) so getting Uber is the most efficient alternative."

"The shuttle was easy to find. The hotel is convenient for a quick in-and-out from CDG. They could improve communication with guests....there should be instructions and a map to find the shuttle. The phone and chat services are slow."
