"This hotel is very nice, huge, and extremely aesthetically pleasing. The rooms themselves are beautiful and well designed, making for a great first impression once you arrive. That said, the arrival and check-in process was frustrating. First, we had difficulty finding the hotel because it had moved locations, and the GPS directed us to the old address. This made the arrival stressful. Once we finally got there, check-in took quite a long time—we waited about 30 minutes before everything was...

"Clean, spacious room with everything we needed for our family. Good location and the staff made us feel very safe and comfortable. Restaurant on-site was delicious and available all day (with breakfast included). Spa was fantastic! Massage was ok, but Himam sauna was incredible! The front desk was pleasant and helped translate/problem solve when we had travel changes. Would highly recommend!"
