"What was unique was there was some paranormal activity. You can hear the carts all through the night and the room we stayed in 318 while sleeping our bed was thumping from under the bed felt like someone was kicking our backs. Knocking and running of little kids at 3am. Very adventurous and thrilling"

"What a lovely hotel! It’s beautiful inside the lobby and in the rooms. The staff are friendly and willing to help in any way. The location is in perfect proximity to everything. Parking was straight forward, and though there were a lot of people arriving and leaving at the same time they had a great system to get people in and out."

"The staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for walking throughout the historic district. My only complaint, and Aloft is not the only chain that I’ve had this issue with, but the hard surface floors don’t appear to be cleaned with any regularity. Leave your shoes on in the room if you don’t want your socks to turn black. The friendly staff made up for that though. :)"

"This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were beautiful and they had so many bars and restaurants on site that were incredible. I can’t wait to come back and stay at this property again!"

"Breakfast was free and descent. Parking was valet only and a little pricey. Toilet clogged easily unfortunately but maintenance came fast with a plunger. Staff was friendly, especially Gail during breakfast!"

"Laundry facilities were excellent and affordable. Pool was nice. Carpet needs replaced in the room we had as it was bubbling up in places. The main stairwell was being refinished so it looks like some modernization is taking place. Breakfast was really good and different each day. Overall very enjoyable stay."

"The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond for our family and the friends we met up, who stayed at the same property. The place looked a little outdated from the pictures, but the rooms and property were kept up and clean. The back balcony overlooking the pool was perfect for morning coffee and later evenings. We will stay again"

"Our luggage was sent to Florida and had to be FedEx’d to the hotel. Cecilia and the staff were very helpful in getting us telephone numbers to call,etc. We would stay here again."
