"It’s our second time staying at this property. It’s convenient, clean & overall a nice place to stay. As soon as you enter, it smells nice and fresh. The rooms are a good size, generally clean. You can’t hear any outside noise, or from other rooms. You can hear people walking through the corridor but that’s expected (it wasn’t bad at all). The staff were very polite and helpful. "Great hotel with excellent location to the city of Oxford. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the beds comfortable. We stayed in the annexe with a shared bathroom but this was absolutely fine. I loved sitting in the garden area and the whole hotel had a nice homely feel to it. The continental breakfast is included in the room price but for a little extra you can order hot food. This always came really promptly and was freshly cooked.
