"We were put into a handicap room on the bottom floor. The hot water for our showers was very brief with spouse and nonexistent for me. Breakfast was OK as been there before as we stopped over on our way home. "

I was given the room right next to the elevator. The walls and floors were not sound proof and I could hear the conversations at night (like actually hear what they were saying). Fortunately they got quiet after 11 and it didn't go on all night. We were also charged a pet fee of $30 a dog that I didn't know about when I booked. ...

"Well if you can get passed the very squeaky beds and the air conditioning noise, it would be a 4 rating. The a/c would only work if we let it run and endure the grinding noise, so I sat next to the unit and would turn it off then back on, over and over again. The staff was nice and the restaurant next door was not bad. "
