"Clean"

"This is an older Hotel , the walls in our room had patch repair half done, the electric plugs need attention. The complimentary breakfast was not that good, Lastly the coffee was not that good, On the flip side the beds were ok but not great, The staff had a full Hotel to deal with due to the hurricane. They did a good job in a difficult situation !"

"The a/c was loud and rattling, it kept me up til late . The automatic curtains were very difficult to operate and ran sideways. The shower ran onto the floor . I had to roll up towels to make a makeshift dam to keep water from flooding the bathroom. Other than that, all was good. The staff was extremely helpful! THEY WERE EXCELLENT!"

"They were overbooked we did not get the suite we paid for. So ok they were going to discount the room. No biggie get up stairs settled in for the storm with our meal on the bed since no couch. Still ok. Then turn on the TV had volume but no picture, ok maybe there is a trick will call down. Phone didn't work. We went down and staff was very pleasant but no room to move us. No back up tv, no phone. They did make good with rate but we came to be close to work during a hurricane and was in the room...

"The hotel staff was very professional, and pays attention to detail, and answered all my question, great job, Thanks"

"Very sad Baymont I have stayed in many and this was bad"

"Staff was very welcoming. Room was very clean and calming. My stay was excellent!"

"The picnic area wasn't the best cleaned up or anything cut or anything in the pool have leaves and don't floating all over them"

"They have the air conditioning turned off until you get into your room. Sweltering!!!! Then they controlled it throughout the night. Sweltering. Would I stay here again? Not!!!!"

"Very smelly and dirty"

"It was an excellent stay for the price! The staff was very friendly and respectful."

"Overall a very nice hotel. There was an odor or musty smell as we entered the lobby. The carpet seemed in need of deep cleaning. The room was clean and properly air conditioned. Bathroom was in good condition. Drink machine did not accept paper money that was presented. No ketchup or salsa on breakfast buffet."
