"We were in a room at the end of the building very far away from the lobby. There is no security lock on the door allowing anyone access to the hotel. The hotel reeked of marijuana in the hallways. The walls are paper thin and the people in the next room had their tv on high volume until past 12:30am. The person in the room above us stomped around until past 1:30am and then was back up stomping around at 5:30am. Horrible experience. Do not visit this hotel"

"It was clean and quiet, but some rooms face onto a major blvd. so ask to be off the street. Breakfast was hot and very good. If I am ever back in Coos Bay I will stay again."

"Friendly helpful staff, made us feel welcomed. Appreciate the breakfast (boiled eggs, nice oatmeal, banana, coffee). Can hear the highway noise from the room and tv from another room. Room is dated but reasonably clean. Would stay here again if needed."

"We appreciated the overall relaxed atmosphere. Our late check in was a breeze. Our modern cabin was clean, the staff was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Our view was stunning and we enjoyed having s’mores around our campfire. We enjoyed a leisurely night swim in the pool, which was well kept and clean. We chose Bay Point Landing because the property is pet friendly. Our dog enjoyed our walks around the Bay. We will definitely be back whenever we visit Coos Bay!"

"I was surprised to find that our room only had a portable fan and not air conditioned. I reviewed the information on the site and didn’t see where it mentioned of a/c not included. Coming from Texas where it has been extremely hot I’m accustomed to having A/C."
