"The Hotel and staff are amazing. Rooms are immaculate. Staff are amazing hosts and very accommodating. Food was excellent. There was not 1 thing during my trip that was not 5 stars. Very close to shopping district. Lobby is beautiful and very welcoming, also a nice place to relax and unwind. "

"Could not check into the hotel, apparently it has been sold to a new owner and is under renovation, currently closed. I had to check in a different hotel in the area which I paid for full price. I’d like to get a refund on this."

"The facility needs to close down. I had to get out in the middle of the night to move my family to a different hotel. Came back the next day to checkout and move the rest of belongings. "

Only couple reasons why I didn't give a 5/5 are that room service is not complimentary (had to pay 1,000 xof), and an attitude from the male receptionist I asked a question to in the evening.
