"Bathroom wasn’t cleaned, lotion on the floor, hair in the sink and tub. Very minor issue so I cleaned it up. Some of the channels on the tv not provided by the hotel. Room service attendants will be gone by certain time so request all your needs in the morning, otherwise your room will not be serviced. And also if they hear anyone or a tv playing in your room they will not service your room. Only 1 waffle iron available for breakfast, there will be a 20 minute wait because breakfast tends to be...

"Room layout was good. The colors were nice but updates to room are needed. The transition trim from carpet to tile was missing and something was poking up. The grout is missing in the bathroom tiles and hallway. Carpet in the hallway leading to rooms is dirty. Painting is needed above the beds. Not against the hotel staff but unsupervised kids set off the alarm system."

"Staff seemed rude or annoyed when checking in. Room key stopped working during the stay and I asked the staff for a new one. The staff member threw up her hands and rudely asked “well what room” and gave me a new key without verifying my ID. Customer service and safety are obviously not a priority here."

"We booked 2 rooms over a month in advance and neither were ready upon check-in after a 15 hour drive. The front desk clerk said we can clean the rooms and make the beds ourselves for a discount, umm... no. Had to wait almost an hour for him to care for the room while I and 3 separate groups of guests had to wait. Horrible. Breakfast is overpriced for what's offered and no it's not continental even though it's the same quality of food. NOT RECOMMENDED."

"I had booked non-smoking room. When I entered the room, it was full of cigrette smell, door look was broken, bedsheets were dirty and no blankets were provided. The cigrettes were present all over the property. I would recommend Expedia to unlist such scrap properties from their website. The hotel management must work on cleanliness."

"Paint was peeling all over the walls, especially in the bathroom. Looked like dried food or vomit was on one wall. Faucet sprayed out in all directions. Also, no DL was taken or proof of credit card info at check in. Thank goodness we only had to stay overnight and were exhausted when we arrived. All other hotels were full or I would've left. My husband witnessed prostitution going on at this hotel as well. Very shady place."
