"This place was very underwhelming. When you arrive, the external looks very run down. Tall grass and unkept landscaping, weeds were everywhere! The guy who checked us in was very nice, friendly and accommodating his name was DJ. No one else spoke when you walked into the lobby area. The rooms were clean but outdated and smelled like wet rags. We switched rooms because of how bad the first room smelled and still had to get two air fresheners to place in our room. Smell is so important, you all...

"My room was big but there was no hot water on the shower, lots of stains in yhe bed and the sofa, and no bags on the trash cans. The pool was dirty and with lots of inflatables. The hot tub was out of service. Not so much to choose on the breakfast and very crowded. The guy thay welcome us was very nice. The hotel looks nothing like the pics."

"After we got into our second room due to tv remote not working room was fine. Bed was too soft and saggy for our liking but to each his own. Our tv was mysteriously changing Chanel’s on its own. Our thought was that we were catching the signal of the room next to ours."
