"The guesthouse is a basic one. Our room was equipped with a fan and a air-conditioner. There were some ants in the bathroom, but we could not find any of them in the room. It seems that the guesthouse owner also owns a car renting company which can provide day-tour services for the guests, so once we had arrived at the guesthouse, the owner started to explain the tours for us. "A great place to stay while traveling to Dambulla for the Sigirya hikes or cave temples. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I highly recommend getting a massage at the spa. This was one of our favorite massage experience as the staff is very experienced and caring in their session."

The chief went out of his way to ask me what food I liked and cooked it especially just to make us feel welcome. That was not necessary but the warmth of the team made our holiday excellent.
