"The hotel staff were friendly and provided good customer service. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and water quality. The water was salty, the towels were brown, and the bedsheets and comforters were also brown. The hotel needs to improve its hygiene and overall room conditions. I appreciated the staff’s hospitality, but the room experience was not satisfactory."

"Helpful staff and very nice outdoor pool. Breakfast not up to standard."

"Security is the 1st thing will like about the hotel. I will say the manicure and pedicure at the spa should be better,"

"Very clean, all staff very professional. Couldn't ask for a better stay."

"We love staying at the Harbour View Suites when we need to visit Dar es Salaam. We can always count on it being clean, safe and have excellent food in the restaurant. The water views are a great bonus! The staff will bend over backwards to help you with anything you need. As I often travel was several colleagues and need multiple rooms, they're always so helpful and accommodating. You won't get treated better anywhere else!"

"Hotel slipway had the cleanest nicest room with a great view on the water the best restaurants the boat to bongoyo Island was right there. The staff was so helpful and friendly and helped me find my Apple Watch when I lost it. I highly recommend this hotel best hotel in Dar!"

"Based on the age of the property I think it is well. Though more adjustments can help the business plan."

"The staff was very friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. The food was great as well! "

"The hotel is new but the management seems to be more interested in saving cost than actually running a decent place. The hallways have motion sensors lighting, which is slow to detect motion, so you essentially come into a dark hotel hallway in 2026. The breakfast is nothing to write home about. It’s either finished or poorly presented with no food labels to know what dish you’re eating. More needs to be done. The staff are however good, a little bit friendly."
