"Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Seda Hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. I’d especially like to commend the reception, concierge, and housekeeping teams for their excellent service. Housekeeping kept my room clean and well-serviced every day, which I truly appreciated.
The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of my stay. There was a great selection of delicious food, and I looked forward to it every morning.

"Its nothing special. Small room. Charged for ice. If u like shopping at SM mall then thats good. Nothing special about it. Noisy with the construction right next door. I think I was supposed to get a food credit was never offered it."

"Standard Philippines service, if they don't have to do something, they won't. Example, give directions or point direction to room, signs for "standard rooms (not rm numbers). Asked for different room due to load washing machines next door, so they put us in lesser rm, still noisy and less pillows. Asked for another pillow for daughter but they said there would be additional fee. Decent inexpensive hotel."

"The staff was very nice good people, but the room was head bugged in the bathroom. Don’t know where it came from but they did send someone up to get rid of the bugs all over the bathroom the floor in the sink that’s where the dead bugs with that whole bunch a bunch everything else was clean and good"

Amazing customer service and staffs.
Accessible to most everything including shopping mall.
Cons:
worn-out bathroom amenities and drawers
Showers water is not warm as expected.
