"The staff was amazing. When we first arrived, Kissy at the front desk adjusted our room location and was super friendly. Kayla in the food court went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's dietary needs and she did it with an eager smile. The room was comfortable and clean. The building is older but they are working hard to restore it. I used the fitness center twice while there and the pool once. I would return. "

The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located near the Perimeter Mall and various restaurants.The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff was excellent, even being very professional, to an unexpected red hat wearer (apparently a Trumpet) looking for attention.My overall experience at this hotel was wonderful from checking in to checking out. I will be back and definitely recommend the Crown Plaza Perimeter at Ravinia again."
