"Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the condition of the room and our overall experience. When we first checked in, the room had clearly not been cleaned at all. The bed was dirty and unmade, and we had to call the front desk to let them know. We were informed that they had put us in a room that had not been scheduled to be cleaned. "There aren't many lodging options close to Ohio Wesleyan University, so I was mainly looking for a place that was convenient to campus and would allow me to avoid driving out of town. This hotel worked well for that purpose. The property was clean and felt safe, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a little dated and could use some updating, but overall it was a convenient and perfectly adequate place to stay when visiting OWU."
