"Location is great and easy access to many places. Staff were helpful and professional, however, hotel charges you for pretty much everything, limited restaurant/food options, constantly trying to make you pay/close out the bill immediately after placing order by the pool which is extremely inconvenient and odd to do and makes the guest feel like they are doing something illegal. Rooms are not adequately cleaned eg not cleaning/sweeping of the floors, removing empty bottles/glasses or food left...

"If you are travelling and want an airport hotel this is okay it’s incredibly busy takes a long time for room Service to come the lifts were broken - for a big hotel out of four lifts there was only two. I had to walk up the stairs quite a bit and I was on the 10th floor when the staff did reach out they were very good and flexible and accommodating to help you -"

"We had a club level room and it was well worth the additional cost with the 2 hour happy hour and the snacks and drinks available all day. Staff were always extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this resort!"

"There was a construction on the property and tons of noise all around the pool area so definitely a big negative. The pool is not as good and nice as in the pictures and there is no ocean to swim at ...that goes with all hotels in Seminyak. There are good beaches at Nusa dua area only. So beach lovers should avoid this town. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The food at the restaurants were not good at all ( all restaurants)and I actually got the bally belly from the raw chicken...

"Absolute 10 out of 10 experience. As a first-time solo traveler to Bali, this hotel was everything I could have asked for. It’s super cute, beautiful, and very clean. The location is incredibly convenient—I booked a few tours with hotel pickup and it made exploring so easy. The breakfast was bomb, and the gorgeous pool was the cherry on top. "Honestly we are from Perth and have come to Bali every year for the last 20 years and we have stayed everywhere, hotels and villas, but this was the truly the best family holiday hotel we have had. Beautiful hotel, excellent location, stunning gardens, amazing staff, we cannot fault it. I really rate the poolside staff who had so much to juggle they were so good, but also the location is perfect we will come back here, highly recommend this and whilst it’s not cheap it is definitely worth it :)"
