"We had a fantastic stay at Tarangire Greenland Resort, in the heart of Tarangire National Park. Our cabin was very comfortable and the staff was super accommodating, making arrangements for game drives and serving great breakfasts and dinners. My only complaint was that it was not as well sign-posted as some other lodgings within the park. Tarangire NP itself is amazing. It is deservedly touted for its baobabs and large families of elephants, but there is so much more, and it is far less crowded...

"They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great."

"This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The front desk were convinced my reservation didn’t exist, items were taken from my room, mice were in my room, and management refused to move me. It was one thing after another. I’ve tried to get a refund from them as I ended up leaving with 4 nights still left on my booking, but they will not respond to me or to Expedia. Terrible customer service and overall experience."
