The most amazing thing was the wildlife we could see and hear from the pool, restaurant and our own rooftop terrace. We skipped a trip to the park because the surroundings were so spectacular. "Facilities were okay. Nothing special but they were clean and inexpensive. Expedia not sending payment confirmations made both check in and check out long and uncomfortable for all parties. Expedia, please work with your venders! I struggle to understand how sending an automatic notification to your customers can't be managed."

"They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great."
