"The staff were so very helpful. I came down with food poisoning the day we arrived (not caused by this hotel). The staff were so kind and offering advice. They told us where the local pharmacy was. The food was very good, I did have dinner the first night and it was one of the best meals we had in Morocco. I did not eat breakfast the next morning due to coming down with food poisoning, but my travel companions stated it was delicious. The rooms were absolutely adorable and the balcony was...

"Bathroom was full of pubic hair
Management insisted I cancel the Expedia reservation and paid cash to avoid paying Expedia their commission. "

"Excellent location and nice staff but the lodge itself fell short. It’s not an eco lodge more a shabby-chic hotel in the desert. There is ZERO internet or cell access so be aware. One thing that was really annoying was the loud music late into evening, as if every guest wants that!? It basically doesn’t know what it wants to be, no credibility as a peaceful eco retreat and not lux enough for a longer stay. Worth a night or two as the location is amazing but not more than that."

"Retour à la Fibule du Draa 37 ans plus tard. L’hôtel (rustique à l’époque) a bien changé. Les anciennes chambres sont encore repérables dans la partie désaffectée.
La piscine et son environnement sont enchanteurs.
Le personnel vous conseillera personnellement sur les sorties au désert de M’Hamid en fonction de votre souhait et du temps disponible
Seul bémol : la chambre de trois personnes est très étroite."

"Absolutely incredible beyond any comprehension, and I invest in luxury hotels globally! The owner Ismail designed, engineered and built the property to a level of unbelievable specifications, unmatched creativity and supreme quality. He also gives tours, works the front desk and serves meals with kindness and care. The entire staff including his three brothers follow in his footsteps when it comes to delivery long impeccable and sophisticated, yet humble and embracing hospitality. Truly a rare...
