"Nice place"

"Housekeeping stripped down my room while I was in the casino hours before checkout Discarded my food and when I complained to the front desk the housekeeper retrieved the food from the garbage and brought it back as if I am an animal. No manager was on duty and wasn’t able to get satisfactory resolution."

"We stayed here for our wedding night so we had somewhere near the afterparty to retreat to. Check-in was a breeze, the room was cute and clean and the toiletries were nice. The mattress is a bit softer than I like but many people would prefer it. The purple green and gold Nespresso pods were a nice touch. Great value, would highly recommend to visitors and will probably come back for weekend getaways."

"The first room we were given was not cleaned with any TLC. Immediately, after opening the shower curtain, I noticed several strands of hair on the shower wall. I could tell the bath had not been thoroughly cleaned, hence the strands of hair all over the wall. I had to rinse it myself. Even with that, the hair washed down easily. That tells me, the bathroom was not cleaned well. The toilet paper looked as though someone had recently used the toilet. The least the staff could have done was changed...

"Rooms were decently clean, slight musty smell though. We were bummed out when we went to open the pull out bed in the living room area only to find an 'out of order' sign under the cushion. Wish we would have known we would not have been able to use that pull out bed prior to checking in so we could have asked for a room with a working pull out bed. There was not one extra sheet, blanket or pillow found in the room in case someone wanted to sleep on the couch. There was not a dispenser on the...

"Great historic property. Beautiful and interesting. Nice restaurant great bar, soso daily coffee shop. Coffee shop staff was mediocre and be prepared for what you want. There is literally only ONE menu there. All other staff were fantastic."
