"This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel this time I stayed in a budget room it was very clean and comfortable. the food at the hotel is Indonesian but is a good standard. The only thing that lets the hotel down is that the staff do not understand how to make beer cold it is served all most hot even after explaining to them to put some in the freezer it just keeps coming hot. explaining anything in fact like I want to check out can you please prepare my bill is a challenge the staff...

"Nice hotel in a great location next to a shopping mall so lots of choice for dining. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The suite was very nice. My only suggestion having stayed at lots of similar places is that there were a few simples things missing in the room that would have helped. No moisturising cream in the bathroom which is generally normal. There was no writing paper and pen/pencil in the room. Also there was a kitchen but no cloth or scourer to clean anything. "This was such a lovely place to stay. The staff was super-accommodating, helping me arrange a climb of Mt Ijen and transport. Though it was out of town, it was in a lovely location and still only a 30-minute walk to the beach, where there's a great lobster restaurant where you can lounge for the day by the beach. BB also had Wonderful espresso drinks with breakfast. Lovely touch. "
