"2 rms - both not cleaned when we waked in, smelly, full trash, no shower curtain in 1, no towels. No rooms available to switch to so sat outside until cleaned. Door chain broken Location can’t be beat if going to the caverns! Pool closed. Breakfast is bags of muffins or cereal"

"I would stay again"

"The bathtub/shower in room was unusable with peeling paint all over the bottom and paint clogging the drain. There was a leak in a narrow hallway leading from the lobby to elevators with a bucket catching the water. The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself needs a lot of work! I would not stay again unless it was renovated thoroughly. The repairs to what was obvious damage in our bathroom were awful. The bathroom floor was peeling up and wood slatted tikes pinched feet if you...

"The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Parking was convenient, and the room was clean. The AC was extremely cold, which was perfect for me! 😂 The pillows were also incredibly comfortable, and I slept amazing. The bed was a little on the firm side, but it actually worked out well because it provided great support for my back. Everything I needed was within about 5 minutes, including Walmart, restaurants, and FLETC, which made the location super...

"The property has potential, apparently they are under new management and I hope they do some room improvements. Our bathroom was scary…. Needs 100% remodel. The ceiling separating from the wall, the shower floor had been painted and was peeling bad, the lighting in the bathroom was very dark. The carpet in the main room was questionable, definitely needs replacing. I would not walk barefoot on it. The lobby area and front desk was good. Very nice staff working here… they deserve a more...

"We had a great stay good breakfast in a quite room with friendly staff"

"The towels had strands of hair and stains, the floor tiles were coming up, the door looked like it had been kicked in, and then poorly restored. There was a gap between the door and the frame where the door latched. When the sun was up, the sunlight shined through it. Very poor room , dingy & stained towels, and I didn't feel safe so moved as soon as I could to another hotel. Staff was polite, but room was terrible. I will never stay at this Motel 6 again."

"Everything from checking to checkout was excellent!"

"Just disappointing! Lobby and grounds a little unkept. Checking in took forever, no crowd just slow and pokey :( Hot tub out of service and pool had scummy film look to it, did try it. Room was ok, bed was comfy and water was hot. Everything (more so in the common areas) just needs cleaned- a little paint would go a long way. WORST was the elevator and stairwell…. Had to cover my nose every time i walked or rode down. Breakfast was standard and not a big selection but it did have hot food....

"Everything was as good as home except for my bed. I would like to have had a more comfortable bed so my body would have been more relaxed."

"The highlight was meeting Roger, the front desk attendant. He is so incredibly personable and welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed talking with him —he definitely deserves a raise or promotion. The property itself could use some work —painting at the least. One of the two rooms rented didn’t even have a single lock on the door. The other room could have used a little more attention while cleaning —someone’s hair was all over the floor. The pool was closed and looked like it had been for a long...
