"We were expecting a shower that worked a faucet that didn't leak. Light bulbs that worked and front desk staff that didn't look exasperated when we asked about elevators and to give us directions to our room. We didn't realize shower didn't work until morning. Cafe was great though! Tons of food quick friendly service."

"We ended up not staying at this hotel. It was so dirty that we could not in good conscience stay there for even one night. The new manager that is trying to get it in order is very kind and has taken on a big task to make this hotel a nice place. The floors were stained with urine and filth all over them. Supposedly new sheets put on the beds were wrinkled like they just came out of the wash. The beds sunken. There was a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower of a supposed clean room along with...

"This place was really dirty, just everywhere. The room smelled and the bathroom smelled terribly. The carpeting and sheets had stains on them. I slept fully clothed and wore my sandals in the shower. I almost left in the middle of the night but we were so tired from driving and it was late. We barely slept and left much earlier than we planned to. Plus, the neighborhood is kinda scary. I kept going to the window and checking the car."

"Check in was easy initially but we couldn't get in our room as it was occupied by someone else. The alternative room we were giving was not ready - was still messy, still had someone's food in the microwave, bedding wasn't completely changed, pillows were all over the place, towels and soap were missing. Manager was not reachable. However, reception understood our frustration and agreed to cancel booking."
