"Check-in was a breeze. The desk and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The beds, showers, and bathrooms were spacious and very clean. The room and the halls smelled fresh. The area is away from everything but it was quiet and peaceful. I would stay here again. "

"They obviously are invested in keeping the place clean. It seemed they were always cleaning the hallways and common areas. Oddities: No shampoo?! Full kitchen in the room but no little table to eat. Maybe I’m nitpicking but I had to mime the word shampoo at the front desk and they gave me some sort of soap bar. "

"I enjoyed everything! The property inside and out is clean. There is easy parking and it’s safe. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walkable distance! The staff is very friendly and welcoming and very helpful. I would definitely visit again! "

"Easy check in. Had a good stay. For the price, you can't really get overly bent out of shape over some stuff. But some issues were there like no hot water from the sink (but fine in the shower), stains/discoloration of tiles and no Kleenex in the room. But the biggest issue is the odour. It smells like overkill of deodorizer mixed with staleness. I don't know if just got used to it or it aired out once I turned on the AC, but it can be overwhelming at first. It's close to restaurants, shopping...

"Staff was extremely helpful in providing directions & answering questions about the arra. Easy to get to from I-90, a short ride into Buffalo to enjoy all the city has to offer. Hotel is clean, well cared for & up to date in features & fixtures. Only criticism is the pillows were not the greatest. All were super soft & offered no support. "
