"A lovely spotless room with a small balcony. Hosts were extremely accommodating and prepared a lovely breakfast each morning. They offered suggestions on restaurants (all of which were excellent)and places to visit and things to do. Would love to stay again"

"Nous aimerions faire une’ reclamation. Nous avons paye une chambre premium avec bain hors nous n avons pas eu d eau chaude. Le personnel a tenté de réparer le problème mais sans y parvenir. Nous avions pris cette chambre pour la baignoire ( j avais d ailleurs annulé une première réservation de la catégorie inférieur, même vue mais sans baignoire, pour avoir la chance de prendre un bain devant la vue de’la cascade. J aimerais donc être remboursé de la différence. C est à dire de me faire...

"The check in process was very taxing - with them wanting a copy of every document in the book. It took more than 40 minutes to register. Perhaps they could streamline the process a little better. I have stayed there many times in the past but have found that though the costs have gone up the service has not. Sad that I will have to look around for other accommodations."
