"The property was clean and the people were friendly, but one of the reasons we chose this place was because they offered cribs and we're traveling with twin babies. It turns out, they actually have just one pack-and-play (they had two, but one is broken). We had to figure out how to make our own arrangements for them within the limited space of the room, which made for a miserable night having the path to the bathroom blocked by sleeping babies. "Everything is very clean. Staff is very helpful. The breakfast is good. The potatoes are lacking and I wish there were cut up fruit to put on the yogurt. Overall though I really enjoyed our stay 10/10 will be back"

"Overall experience was great. They are new owners and have been working on replacing workers. There's a few things needing addressed. 1. Being small things that the housekeeping is missing or overlooking. Experience. Tops of doors, hallway light fixtures. 2. They are not serving breakfast at this time. 3. The towels in the pool area needs to stay stocked. We asked for towels and was told their in the dryer. We swam for approx 2 hours. Still no towels. Had to freeze going back to our room...

"We just booked a weekend stay with our 3 grandkids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. The breakfast was fine. I am disappointed that the pool was closed for painting the weekend we booked. No one told us!! We had 3 grandchildren with us and that is why we booked the BW, was the pictures of the nice pool. Would have been nice to have been told so could have had an option to look elsewhere. The room temp was set at 73. Not pleasant with 3 hot kids and no pool. We left...

"We booked a double room and were given a king room. There were no double rooms (I booked and prepaid for a double room) and my husband and I had to sleep in a bed with our adult son. Not what I had planned like at all. Avoid this property."

"This place is a dump. Almost EVERY guest room door has peeling paint. There is garbage and cig. butts all over the parking lot. My room had 1 small desk light for the entire room and one of the bulbs was missing. There was peeling paint on the room ceiling and bathroom door. One bathroom ceiling panel was missing and another had bad water stains. The bathroom towel rod was missing. More water came out of the bathtub faucet than the showerhead.
