"Absolutely loved everything about this place. We stayed in the igloos which were very clean and a bit like upscale glamping. So cozy and fun. It had limited eating options, but it didn't matter at all. There were so many fun activities (both free and with charge) that we were busy all day the days we stayed. "Upon arrival we weren’t able to check in yet but Patty gave us a thorough overview of the grounds and services and allowed us to store our luggage while we explored the grounds. There is so much to do and it’s a pity we couldn’t spend more time. There’s a shuttle that goes to Santa’s village which was very convenient. "This hotel is in an excellent location, as it’s situated next to the railway station. The old harbour was a short walk away and the tram stop is less than 5 minutes away. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and so clean. Staff were very friendly and offered to give us tips of what to do during our stay. The room was cosy and spacious, more than enough for our 3 night trip. Would definitely visit another Scandic hotel!"
