"We stayed one night in the glass igloo during autumn, so the SnowHotel was still under construction and, according to one of the staff, set to reopen in a few weeks. Even so, the experience was lovely and memorable. The igloo was cozy and warm, though a bit tight for three people. "Amazing river side chalet. Everything clean and had a dishwasher which had cleaning tablets provided. Small but functional kitchen. Steps outside can be slippery when icy. Very warm and cosy beds. Internet was good and could plug in a fire stick. Breakfast was excellent, so many choices. Excellent friendly staff. 20 minutes walk over the bridge to the shops. Would definitely stay again. "
