"This was my first experience at this facility and it was very pleasant although a little pricey. The only complaint is have is the nonchalant demeanor that was given when I call over 10 times to notify the hotel of my flight cancellation and next day arrival. "A well appointed property near Disney. Its great for the folks who dont want to live in the magic as you feel completely removed from Disney here. Self parking is a bit of a hassle, but you dont have to walk as far as you do at some disney properties. I did find it very inconvenient that they dont accept disney dining plan or any Disney gift cards. They wouldnt even accept Disney Visa Rewards cards for any payments. "

"Enjoyed the stay, one night. Nice environment and cool vibe. The area property was nice. Could invest in actual rooms, no vent in the bathrooms for showers and the tub pooled with water, not good drainage. A/C cooler, was warm in room during the duration of the day and had it on 60 degrees cool. Seemed that the room never cooled down. Staff were nice and polite and very helpful with service though. "

"Our stay was wonderful! Property and rooms were very nice and clean. Balcony was added bonus overlooking the marina! Live music by the restaurant and included activities such as 1 hour kayaking tour and freestyle canvas painting. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart from Jerry at the Tikihut on property. It was super fun and convenient! "
