"My recent stay at Holiday Inn Miami was extremely disappointing. The room was poorly cleaned, and the hair dryer did not work. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that the responsible department was closed. I asked if they could bring a hair dryer from another room. The gentleman seemed unhappy with my request but eventually helped. The most concerning issue was the billing. After checking in, the front desk called to say my payment had not gone through, even though we both saw...

"Unfortunately it rained that day and we had to mop up our suitcases and floor Not impressed"

"Great"

"It’s a great place to stay as far as location it’s walking distance to everything and a five minutes or less walk to Little Cabana. There’s a Seven Eleven a block away and a CVS pharmacy, it’s 2 to 3 blocks away from the beach and close to alot of restaurants and shops. The hotel have friendly staff and great ambience with a very nice outdoor sitting area and pool. The rooms are very big and spacious with big bathrooms. Have stayed there twice once before when it was called Sonder. Totally...

"I had no idea a room for that price would not have a refrigerator or stove and it didn’t even tell me that before k booked"

"Great location."

"My stay at the president Villa was absolutely phenomenal. I walked into a clean, well-kept room. The staff were incredibly helpful upgrading my room with a balcony to celebrate my birthday and it was such an incredible opportunity for me to sit at the bar with my welcome drinks. The breakfast was okay. I'm very grateful for the dry items as I do not consume pork. There were other options for me to enjoy breakfast. Plenty of shopping nearby, with the beach just a short 3 minute walk. I was in...

"I booked this hotel because of the nice art deco pool area and was excited to stay here. The check in process is dated (slow and no technology to check in other than wait in line). The lobby, bar, and restaurant had a nice ambiance which was nice to see when walking in. When I checked in, the desk staff said the pool was closed for the day due to an event. We were there one night and they didn't ever bother to tell us the pool would be closed. We booked two rooms (one for our friends) and their...
