"We've been coming to Columbus a few times a year for the last 6 years and this was my first stay the Hilton. Wish I stayed here sooner! Great hotel. Very clean, super comfortable bed, loved the market & restaurants in the hotel, and enjoyed being able to work out without leaving the property."

"The hotel was elegant and perfectly placed if going tonal downtown event to Uber/Lyft. The staff was fantastic!"

"The place was outdated. Probably was a nice place twenty years ago. The shower did not drain well and I had to ask for a hairdryer. The lamp shade has coffee sprayed on it from years of never cleaning it. Coffee was empty in the lobby both times that I went to it in the morning. Price of the room was decent and location was good. Also the shower had strong water pressure, which was nice."

"I hate booking through Expedia because it’s always an issue. Hotel was nice overall. But I reserved for a double bed only to get there and be told they didn’t have any double bed rooms available . It was after midnight, so I did t have much of a choice left. Hotel staff did accommodate my daughter with a roll away bed that was clean and comfy so it worked out. Room was clean , breakfast was good. I would stay here again"

"Todo muy excelente,"

"Its an extremely convenient location if you are visiting OSU"

"Toliet was broken, no maint to fix. Ran water all night keeping us awake"

"Great location and property"

"The room was like a small apartment. There was a nice sofa, writing desk, coffee bar and mini refrigerator. The sleeping area was behind a frosted glass partition. Just a very comfortable environment. We had breakfast Saturday, Sunday and Monday. There was plenty of variety and the food was delicious each day. We intend to stay there next time we visit Columbus OH."

"We stayed in a king room on the 12th floor and this property could use some attention. There were stains on the carpet, our ceiling had leaked at some point and had a really bad patch job done and pieces from the ceiling were coming off. The frame around our closet door was broken and part of the mirror frame in the bathroom was broken. We decided to swim in the pool and the pool was warm, which we enjoyed, but there was a ton of hair and debris around the handicap chair lift. This can be seen...

"No hot water, the room was not clean at all, drawers that wouldn't close on TV stand so they stayed pulled out, left with only 2 1/2 rools of toilet paper when we checked in, AC only worked in one room so one room was freezing while the other was so hot. Beds and couch extremely uncomfortable andno staff to be found when it was time to check out. We definitely not return."
