"This space provided such a beautiful, serene experience. Could not have asked for anything more. They had everything we needed from fire starter to bottled water. There are so many delicate touches that made the space that much more comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, the heated floors were a dream and the outdoor space was perfect. Beyond grateful for this weekend full of relaxation and peace."

"It was very noisy! Slamming doors all night and even early morning. I know the room doors make noise but there really is a way to hold the door when shutting so its quiet. Some people are very inconsiderate! I did not get a good nights rest because of it!"

"Service was outstanding! This is a real gem of a hotel. Thank you to Andrew, who never sleeps."

"El cuarto olía muy mal al igual que to las cobijas tampoco olían a limpias el aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando cuando entre al cuarto. Bueno en general no volvería a este otel nunca. Y la cama parecía una piedra y muy vieja y podría seguir diciendo más pera ya basta"

"I location was great, right on the main strip. However, the accommodations are very basic, similar to a hostile, not a hotel. Clean but bed was very uncomfortable. I’d only recommend if it were the last place in town and if the price were more like $50/night."

"Staff is very friendly. We booked a queen bed room and was initially given a two bedroom room due to a mix up. We unlocked room and before we could do anything else they came to us apologizing about the mix up. They then gave us a king bedroom and only charged us for a double bedroom. All of this without us saying a word! We will definitely be booking with them everytime we pass through, which happens often. Rooms and amenities are nice, clean, comfy and plentiful."

"Amazing"

"This place was CLOSED DOWN when we got there and we received no notification that it was no longer in business. So it was NOT FUN trying to find a place to stay at 11pm at night"

"This is an absolutely charming cottage within walking distance to Mercersburg Academy. It is cozy, clean, and well-appointed. You feel like you are in the Cotswolds!"

"Rooms are filthy, strong unbearable smell. I saw bugs, cockroaches were running on the bed when I turned the lights on. I had to cancel the the rooms ( I booked two rooms) because of it."

"Nice place to stay. Very close to the state park. Bathroom is downstairs, not by the bedrooms. Lots of insects on the bottom floor."

"Completely disgusting dirty and stank really bad we walked in room and walked right out and left and went to a different hotel"

"Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were well cared for and very clean. Parking sufficient. Breakfast was average. Waffle machine was finicky at times. Could use more variety with meat choices. Sausage everyday. Eggs not very good. Breakfast area immaculate and product was always available. A special thanks and kudos to the front desk, gentleman, named AJ. Super nice, accommodating and efficient."

"Good rooms good price. I would stay here again."

"We had the room with the whirl pool. It was very nice but there was nothing to grab onto getting in and out of the tub"
