"So peaceful"

"The in room coffee maker did not work. They did not replace it. If I wanted hot water in the sink, I had to turn on the bathtub hot water. The mini fridge had 4 inches of ice/snow surrounding the freezer part. Microwave was dirty. Mattresses were very lumpy. All upkeep/repairs in the room were spotty. On the upside the staff were very pleasant, but they had no authority or the means to fix or resolve anything."

"The place was really full and still quiet even though we were right by the pool and lobby. The pool area was spacious. Breakfast was basic but well taken care of and delicious. Check in/out went smoothly, and it was a convenient safe location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!"

"The room was clean, however I paid for a jacuzzi suite, I did not get it. The bathtub backed up and wasn’t going down during or after the shower. The location was good, but the whole point was to get a nice clean jacuzzi room while I was on my vacation but I did not get the jacuzzi"

"Like: very clean, Dislike: Bed was too hard and uncomfortable, did not sleed well. Breakfast bar had missing items and only 1 garbage can which was overflowing. Attendant was mostly absent both days and ignored the situation."

"Pool was freezing and dirty. Hot tub was cold and dirty. Ants in the pool area. Mold through out the building. "

"The staff at the counter was very friendly and helpful, we forgot something in the room after we checked out and left called and she put me on hold and went to the room and located our item so we drove over an hour to pick it up. Thank you so much."
