"The property is beautiful, but the rooms are basic. Paid for oceanview and my view was basically the same as my sisters neighborhood view, so not worth upgrading room. ALSO the showers in the rooms are awful. It has a 1/2 glass panel and water gets everywhere on the outside of shower on floor. My family had 3 rooms and all 3 of us had the same shower and hated it. I would not stay here again just because of the shower."

"The location couldn’t be beat. It was at the lower end of west bay so didn’t take long to get to George Town. It was very easy to pick up the public bus or grab a taxi right outside the hotel. We especially enjoyed all the beach amenities like the floating pads you could swim to from the shore, beach loungers, and bar service from Tortuga Grill. We dined at Tortuga multiple times and everything was fantastic. We tried the Mahi bites, pizza, and mahi sandwich. It was also super convenient to pick...

"We were there to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and the staff really went out of the way to congratulate us everywhere we went. I’m sure Clara at the front desk orchestrated the whole thing but where ever we went, a “Happy Anniversary!” was said and that made us feel special. All the staff were extremely hospitable and accommodating with every request. Definitely highly recommended. Thank you to Clara and Elliane for the amazing surprises they sent our way to celebrate us."

"Location, location! Walk the driveway and you are right at Governors Beach - my favorite! I rented a 3BR unit for myself and my young daughters. We each had a bedroom with full bath and closet - it was so good. Laundry happened to be 3 doors down. Only did one load to freshen our beach towels. Machines were quick and efficient. You can dry wet items in the room. Airflow was great and the didnt stay damp. Note: Bath towel set does not include washcloths. Kitchen was decently appointed but...

"10/10! Easily surpassed any expectations i had. One GT is truly a luxury experience. From the front desk being attentive and anticipating our needs, all the way to the concerige being super personable and the very best valet attendants! The property and amenities were so nice and clean. It really makes you value coming to a newly opened modern hotel. I cannot wait to return"

"The property was very nice nice I must not have read the fine print that you had to pay for the gym. That was a little disappointing. We did get access to the rooftop pool, but I would say make sure next time to ask about that because we had to ask and get access other than that. Things were very nice."

"The condo was very spacious and lovely. The Regal Beach resort is on the Seven Mile Beach which is absolutely stunning, with it’s warm waters and beautiful color. We didn’t like that the Marriott Resort next door was having construction done…it was noisy. The Regal Beach resort notified us via email that the construction was happening, so at least it wasn’t a surprise. All and all our stay there was great and very relaxing"

"The Grove is an amazing place to stay. Everything you need is just downstairs. The beach is across the street. The convenience store is open 24/7. The unit was equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas. Would rent again!"

"Good price for SMB. Super clean, everything you needed in the kitchen, grounds were nice and the beach amazing! Only thing I would have liked were a couple more restaurants within walking distance but then it wouldn't have been as quiet which is what we were going for. Some traffic noise and plumbing pressure noise but didn't bother us as we were on the beach the whole time. Checking in and out was super easy."
