"I was traveling for work. I booked a $1,065.76 for the week Suite, 1 King Bed with a kitchen. They charged me the full rate and put me in a single double bed that was at best, updated in the 1980's. When I complained the change in the room and not the price, I was told they would give me 10 minutes to cancel. This was after a 25 hour drive from Colorado at 8:30 to 9pm at night. "Expedia needs to update their pictures! We booked two rooms for us and our 4 young children specifically based on the pictures of the pool and the hot tub (which has been removed). The hotel is aware of the online mis-advertising but could not take responsibility. The amenities were fine, breakfast was pretty limited but good, the staff was friendly and helpful."
