"We have stayed all over the world the service and exceptional hospitality received was first class from the hotel. We will definitely be returning in the future. "Gut gelegen, nett eingerichtet, aber insgesamt sehr gross und damit etwas unpersönlich. Trotzdem sehr freundliches Personal. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt (aber die warmen Speisen waren teilweise nicht zugedeckt und dann halt schnell kalt). Angenehmes Spa mit Sauna und Pool. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns, dass ein Room Service Roll-Tisch mit schmutzigem Geschirr und nicht aufgegessenen Speisen stundenlang im Gang herumstand und nicht abgeräumt wurde. Das ist...

"The hotel is lovely and just outside of town from St. Moritz with easy access to ski resort by nearby bus. The rooms are modern and spacious with nice details, cozy beds and scrumptious duvets and feather pillows. The spa area is very nice. We enjoyed a generous European breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel."
