"Has changed since my last stay, it now has different owners. Self check in and out is now in place and whilst it works there’s no substitute for real reception. Room was clean as normal, along with the hotel on general. "The hotel was excellent in some ways: the Reception staff were truly wonderful; the room was secure, comfortable and warm.
